PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a molding region of an n-th molding layer, aggregation of powder is significant in a region where the lower surface thereof is in contact with powder, which results in decrease in the flatness of the molding surface.SOLUTION: In the process of molding a three-dimensional molded object 300 by successively molding and stacking, from the lower side, molding layers 30A, 30B, 30C and 30D, each layer is formed while the lower surface of a molding region of the molding layer 30 is in contact with powder 20. Sacrificial layers 33A, 33C, 33D that can be separated from the three-dimensional molded object 300 are formed via the powder 20 below the first molding layer 30A, a molding region 30Ca of the third molding layer 30C, and a molding region 30Da of the fourth molding layer 30D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
