<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data which have been brought into a state during which the data should not be outputted, from being outputted. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP comprises: an HDD 107 for storing management data 85 defining a relation between first data 81 and second data 82; an instruction accepting unit 50 for accepting an instruction to perform processing upon the first data 81 or the second data 82: a processing executing unit 70 for processing the first data 81 or the second data 82 in accordance with the accepted instruction; a judging unit 60 for judging whether to prohibit output of the first data 81 or not, based on the accepted instruction; and a data attribute managing unit 63 for updating the management data 85 to prohibit the output of the second data 82 related to the first data 81 based on a result of judgement by the judging unit 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
