<p>The element has a connection element adjusting distance between a micropile (1) i.e. self-drilling screwed helical pile, and a mounting plate (12) that mounts a construction element i.e. floor beam (21). The pile has an axial threaded part i.e. stud, projected above an upper transversal plane. A sleeve (6) is mounted on the part. Assembling units assemble the plate with a tube (10) whose threading is complementary to a threading of the sleeve. The tube is screwed with respect to the sleeve to modify distance between the plate and the plane. Joints are placed between the plate and the beam.</p> |
