SOLUTION: The flywheel assembly unit is to transmit the torque from a crank shaft 91. The unit has the second flywheel 3, the dumper mechanism 4, and the friction occurrence part 72. The second flywheel 3 has a clutch friction face 3a. The dumper mechanism 4 connects the second flywheel 3 to a crank shaft 91 elastically. The friction occurrence part 72 has two pieces of members (friction member 61, friction engagement member 62) which are aligned to axial direction and can rotate relatively, and the friction is generated by biasing two pieces of members (friction member 61, friction engagement member 62) when the clutch release load acts toward the crank shaft 91 against the second flywheel 3.
