The invention relates to a composite metal sheet comprising at least one metal layer (2, 4) and at least one plastic layer (6), wherein the plastic layer (6) is at least partially connected to the at least one metal layer (2, 4) in a laminar manner and the plastic layer (6) has at least two different regions, wherein at least one first region (8) of the plastic layer (6) is electrically conductive and at least one second region (10) of the plastic layer (6) is electrically isolating.
