PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a game medium lending device equipped with the function of collecting consumption taxes; a game medium lending method by which consumption taxes are collected; and a game medium processing system capable of collecting consumption taxes. SOLUTION: In the system, a plurality of PACHINKO machines 2, a plurality of game medium lending machines 3 and 4 which are each sandwiched between the PACHINKO machines 2 and connected to them, a plurality of slot machines 5, and game medium lending machines 6 which are each sandwiched between the slot machines 5 and connected to them, are all connected with a network 8 via an island computer 7. In a game parlor, a ticketing device 20, a replay accepting device 12, a counter 9, a point of sale (POS) machine 11, and a charge collecting device 10 are also set up, each of which can collect consumption taxes.
