PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine imaging device capable of highly accurate correction of a scattered radiation corresponding to an actual imaging environment. SOLUTION: Emission data detected by a simultaneous counting circuit 11 are discriminated between SEW data existing in a standard energy window (SEW) and UEW data existing in a high energy window (UEW) by an energy discrimination means 12. A scattered component removal means 13 removes a scattered radiation from the UEW data, then performs prescribed amplification, acquires estimated SEW data, subtracts the data from the SEW data, and then applies smoothing, to thereby acquire highly accurate scattered radiation data relative to the SEW data. Then scatteredγ-ray data are subtracted from the SEW data, to thereby acquire SEW data from which the scattered component is removed, and reconstitution processing is performed by an amplification rate storage means 14, and a high-quality RI distribution image having a small scattered radiation is displayed on a display means 16.
