The present invention relates to a chair having a foldable seat and, more specifically, relates to a chair having a foldable seat, which can prevent damage to components and noise from being generated. According to the present invention, the chair having a foldable seat comprises: a leg assembly; a backrest unit; a seat; an armrest unit; an insertion body; and an elastic connection piece. An inclined portion is formed to protrude in a circumference of a through groove formed in the insertion body. In the insertion body, a flange is formed in an external end portion, and a cutting portion is formed to be cut along a longitudinal direction from the external end portion. A plurality of protrusions are formed in the elastic piece. Moreover, an insertion hole is formed in a lower end of an elastic support unit, and a clearance is formed between the elastic piece and a side surface of the guide groove. |
