PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carrying equipment capable of efficiently and sufficiently using a space with relatively small capacity of a care and prevention support vehicle while making use of performance of existing lashing rails and lashing beams, and the care and prevention support vehicle mounted with the carrying equipment. SOLUTION: On the pair of lashing rails, fitting members are fitted into at least two pairs of fitting holes out of a large number of aligned fitting holes, and the two lashing beams are arranged removably to become horizontally parallel in the horizontal direction. Relatively small luggage cases are placed on the lashing beams and fixed on the lashing beams by load collapse prevention tools. The two pairs of fitting holes depend on the width in the axle direction of the relatively small luggage cases and are optionally selected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
