A production process and production line for LED lamps. The production process primarily comprises testing of an LED light plate (3a), brushing of a thermal grease, securing of the LED light plate (3a), soldering, waterproofing, initial-stage testing, burn-in, final-stage testing, mounting of an optical component, and negative-pressure testing. The production line comprises sequentially an LED lamp plate tester, a thermal grease scraping platform, a cooling module (5c) and LED lamp plate assembly platform, a soldering platform, a waterproofing installation platform, an initial-stage and final-stage tester, a burn-in room, an optical component assembly platform, a negative-pressure tester, and a packaging platform. This allows testing of corresponding parts of the LED lamps during every process of assembling the LED lamps, thus preventing the phenomenon of LED lamps being rejected due to a defective rate found when an LED lighting is assembled. |
