摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the sensitivity of a magnetic field sensor including a magnetic field sensing element supported by a substrate.SOLUTION: A magnetic field sensor comprises a first magnetic field sensing element 280 having sensitivity in a first magnetic field, a feedback circuit, and a gain adjustment circuit 276 having a gain adjustment node receiving a gain adjustment signal 274, for adjusting sensitivity of a magnetic field response signal responding to the gain adjustment signal. The feedback circuit includes: a current conductor 252; a first current generation circuit 246 that has an output node in which a first current signal 250 is generated; a second magnetic field sensing element 254 that gets close to the current conductor to respond to a second magnetic field; a second current generation circuit 256 in which a second current signal 258 is generated; and a gain computation circuit 242 that is coupled to the second magnetic field sensing element, generates the gain adjustment signal 274 and an amplitude signal 270 in response to the second magnetic field, and further includes a sample/hold circuit 272 for generating the gain adjustment signal responding to a first prescribed state of an enable signal 248.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
