PURPOSE:The titled composition which can provide a light foam product by a conventional molding method, by filling a composition of a PVC resin and a blowing agent with hollow glass beads. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition formed by filling a composition of a PVC resin and a blowing agent with hollow glass beads (average outside diameter of 10-200mu) in an amount of preferably 150pts.wt. or below per 100pts.wt. PVC resin. Although an attempt has heretofore been made to fill a resin with hollow bodies such as ''shirasu'' balloons, no reduction in the weight of a molding has yet been achieved because most of the balloons are broken during molding. The hollow glass beads are those which are nondefective and nearly exactly spherical so that they are not broken by pressure during molding and a very light foam can be produced. In addition, when this composition is injection-molded, the molding cycle can be shortened by the heat-dissipating effect of the hollow glass beads.
