PURPOSE:To enable an operation to be easily stopped in a room being air-conditioned when the operation is unnecessary, as at night, by controlling the starting and stopping of a compressor and a blower and the opening and closing of a damper by signals from a remote control room, and stopping the compressor and closing the damper by signals from the room being air-conditioned. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 19 is turned ON and a blowing-starting switch 15 is turned ON, an operation of a blower 4 is started. When a compressor operation switch 17 is subsequently turned ON, an operation of a compressor 3 is started, and a damper 7 is simultaneously opened, thereby introducing the outside air. By this, an air-conditioning operation by the operation (cooling or heating) of the compressor 3 and the outside air is performed When the air conditioning of a room 1 becomes unnecessary after maintaining the above operation, a switch 11 is operated, whereby the compressor 3 is stopped, and the damper 7 is closed. As a result, the operation of only the blower 4 is maintained, whereby air in the room 1 being air-conditioned is circulated through an air filter 6, so that the degree of cleanliness is maintained. To restart the operation of the compressor 3, the switch 17 at an operating part 13 is turned ON, whereby the operation is started, and the damper 7 is simultaneously opened.
