<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna for radar device usable for a radar device expanding the detection range of a target at a short distance while improving the detection accuracy of a target at a long distance range in front of its own vehicle. SOLUTION: One or more unit antennas 5 are used as a single antenna group, and a radiation pattern 6 of an antenna group 4a is set differently from that of an antenna group 4b. In this way, the detection range for the target at a short distance can be expanded while detection accuracy of the target in a long distance in front of the own vehicle is maintained in this antenna for a radar device, when time-division switching between the antenna groups 4a and 4b is carried out or electric waves at different frequencies are allocated to each of the antenna groups 4a and 4b.</p> |
