PURPOSE: A handle locking device considering the actuator employ on a ball valve is provided to prevent the safety accident by preventing the non-intended rotation of the handle. CONSTITUTION: A handle locking device considering the actuator employ on a ball valve comprises: a pad(4) formed to a body of a floating type ball valve; a locking plate(11) fixed on the pad by bolts and having a hole positioned at the edge of the opposite side of the fixed side of pad, wherein the hole is opened and closed by a lock; a stopper(9) installed to an upper part of a grand flange(8) and having a hole at the edge thereof to be easily connected to the hole of the locking plate by a lock; and the lock(14) locking through the holes of the stopper and the locking plate. The space between the pad formed to the body of the ball valve and the grand flange is enough to accept a yoke and a nut for fixing an actuator to the body of the ball valve.
