Device for fixing under pressure, one heat-bondable element onto another, especially fixing a shaped saddle containing an electrical heating resistor onto a cylindrical tube (pipe), of the type consisting of a strap surrounding the portion of the said tube (pipe) opposite the said saddle, and of a winding tightening system for the strap, the casing of which exerts a pressure on the said saddle when the strap is tight, characterised in that the said strap system exerts its force by means of a U-clamp bearing symmetrically on the two sides of the saddle and on the bottom of which is exerted the pressure from the strap system, the two ends of the strap being located, respectively, one on its winding means and the other on an attachment point integral with the fixed casing of the said system. <IMAGE> |
