Moreover, additionally, before and after the course of interrupted plasmapheresis one should determine the sensitivity of receptors to insulin, when the latter is 8% higher, or more the course of plasmapheresis is considered to be highly efficient, at 3-8% increase moderately efficient and under 3% increase poorly efficient. The method enables to obtain higher accuracy in evaluating the efficiency of course interrupted plasmapheresis in patients with arterial hypertension. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 3 ex
