PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise rejection circuit for eliminating a noise which is generated in switching a noise rejection filter corresponding to the difference in the signal levels of a noted point and its circumference while suppressing a circuit scale. SOLUTION: The noise is removed by combining the noise rejection object signal of an input signal with prescribed signals in the periphery of it. The ratio to combine the noise rejection object signal with the prescribed signals in the periphery of the noise rejection object point is varied in accordance with the level difference between the noise rejection object signal and the prescribed signals in the vicinity of the object signal. The difference in the level with the noise rejection object signal is obtained through the use of the signal adjacent to the noise rejection object signal among the prescribed signals in the periphery of the noise rejection object signal.
