PRODUCTION OF ROD-LIKE FOOD HAVING EXPOSED INSIDE FOOD MATERIAL AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rod-like food having multiple structure so that the inside food material can be observed. SOLUTION: A nozzle 3 for discharging an inside food material W2 is installed at the inside of a nozzle 2 for discharging an outside food material W1 and has a food material discharge nozzle in which a part 21 for discharging the outside food material W1 covers a part (arc-like part) 31 of the inside food material discharge nozzle. Further, a food material discharged by the nozzle is cut into a prescribed length to produce a rod-like food W1 capable of observing the inside food material.
