PURPOSE: A base cell bulging apparatus is provided to accomplish improvements enabling the bulged base cell to be extracted with ease thereby enhancing work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a support gauge(110) fixed to a center portion of a top of a base plate(111) and into which a lower end of a base cell(200) is fitted, a support plate(120) arranged on the support gauge by a sub block(121) fixed onto both sides of the top of the support plate, the support plate having at a center thereof a support hole(122), a bulging block(130) coupled to be slidable to an end of the support plate in such a manner as to fix a top portion of the base cell, the bulging block consisting of three sliding members(130') having a bulging groove(131) having a shape corresponding to that of a bulged portion(210) processed at the base cell, a bulging bush(140) having three pressure plates(140') for expansion or contraction of diameter of the bulging bush, a slant guide groove(141) having at an interior thereof a gradient surface(141a), and which is coupled to be slidable to an elevating plate(142) disposed onto the bulging block, a pressure core(150) inserted/extracted into/from the slant guide groove for expansion or contraction of diameter of the bulging bush and which is fitted to a pressure plate(151) arranged to be vertically movable onto the elevating plate, and an extracting member(160) for pushing the lower end of the base cell and extracting from the support gauge the base cell which is bulged being fixed by the support gauge and the bulging block.
