PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-polyethylene resin composition material for adhesion that is lightweight, resistant to corrosion and to gasoline and has good adhesion. SOLUTION: The objective polyester-polyethylene resin composition includes a polyester resin, a polyethylene resin and an epoxy group-bearing ethylene copolymer where the polyethylene resin characteristically satisfies the following general formula (1): (d-0.856)/(1.000-0.856)×1.000/d×100>=60...(1) (wherein d is the density of polyethylene resin in g/m<3> ).
