The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cartilage-regenerating material which makes it possible to regenerate a bone and a cartilage using cells. According to the present invention, a cartilage-regenerating material is provided, which comprises a cell structure comprising biocompatible polymer blocks and stem cells, wherein a plurality of the biocompatible polymer blocks are arranged between gaps formed between a plurality of the stem cells.
