PURPOSE:To form the titled cleaner in one body with a protection wire gauze, to diminish working man-hour and to make said cleaner small-sized by making basic material of ozone treatment material electrically-conductive and coating one part or all parts of the basic material with the ozone treatment material. CONSTITUTION:An electrically-conductive body such as honeycomb made of metal is used as the basic material of ozone treatment material 24 and the basic material is coated with an activated module 33 or a catalyst and one part or all parts of said basic material is coated with the ozone treatment material 24. In this way, it is made possible to form a cleaner in one body with a protection wire gauze and a cleaner having large machanical strength and less pressure loss is obtained.
