PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having reduced surface tack and excellent elongation while maintaining high weather resistance by making the composition include a (meth)acrylic acid ester-fluoroolefin copolymer and a hydroxyl group-containing silicone compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) preferably a (meth)acrylic acid ester-fluoroolefin copolymer containing a hydrolyzable silyl group and (B) preferably a hydroxyl group-containing silicone compound of the formula ((n) is 500-5,000) in the ratio of preferably 20-100 pts.wt. of the component B based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The component A is obtained by polymerizing constituent units such as chlorotrifluoroethylene, butyl acrylate, vinyltrimethoxysilane, or the like, in a polyoxyalkylene containing a terminal hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable silyl group (e.g. a propylene glycol containing an alkoxysilyl group at the end, or the like).
