PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an electrically controlled work clamp device that requires a place and a cost for a device for electric control. SOLUTION: A manual pin clamp comprises a reference pin 2 setting a work 1, a work receiver 3 on which the work 1 is placed, a clamp pawl 4 clamping the work 1, and a toggle coupling portion 6 coupling the clamp pawl 4 and a toggle clamp handle 5. The toggle coupling portion 6 presses down the clamp pawl 4 against the energizing force of a spring 62 to be a work clamped state by positioning the toggle handle 5 in a bent state. The clamp pawl 4 is made to be a work unclamped state with the energizing force of the spring 62 by making the toggle clamp handle straight.
