FORMING METHOD FOR BLACK MATRIX FOR COLOR CRT

The black matrix surface is formed by coating a negative photosensitive resin on an inner surface of a cleaned panel. The coating process comprises the steps of mixing the photosensitive resin with graphite at a predetermined rate; coating the photosensitive resin having graphite on the panel; drying the panel; exposing the resin film in a predetermined form; and developing the resin film by pure water to form a black matrix surface. The method reduces the number of process to lower the generation of poor film.
