PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting conductive paste having excellent laser processability.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a thermosetting conductive paste for laser etching comprising conductive powder, thermosetting resin, and curing agent. The conductive powder has an average particle diameter of 0.5-3 μm based on a laser diffraction/light scattering method and also has an average aspect ratio of 1.0-1.5.
