PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the cleaning and replacement of parts within a form cylinder and restore the form cylinder not causing interference with printing by supporting both the ends of a porous support plate with flanges secured to the support shaft of a form cylinder, and detachably attaching an elastic body provided between these flanges to either one of the flanges or porous support plate. SOLUTION: The form cylinder 2 having a press roller 6 as being an ink supply means 4 and press member is composed of a cylindrical porous support plate 12 with a number of ink permeable holes formed thereon, a pair of flanges 14, 16 for supporting both the ends thereof, and each annular elastic member 18, 20 fastened therebetween. Also, the elastic member 20 is firmly fixed to the flange 16 by coupling members 90. When the form cylinder 2 is opened for maintenance, after the joint of a superposed part of the porous support plate 12 is released, the porous support plate 12 turned up through removal of each bolt of the coupling members 90. In this manner, its separation can be conducted readily because no adhesive layer exists between the elastic member 20 and the outer circumference 16a of the flange 16.
