PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing a fluctuation of waveforms of a current flowing in an element applying energy to a liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid delivery head semiconductor device comprises: a plurality of first transistors each having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal, a first voltage being supplied to the first terminal; a plurality of second transistors each having a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal, a second voltage being supplied to the first terminal; a plurality of delivery elements for delivering a liquid, each delivery element being connected between the second terminal of one of the plurality of first transistors and the second terminal of one of the plurality of second transistors; a first control circuit supplying a first control signal for controlling conductive states of the plurality of first transistors to the control terminals of the plurality of first transistors through a common signal line connected to the plurality of first transistors; and a stabilization circuit stabilizing a voltage of at least either the second terminals of the first transistors or the control terminals of the first transistors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
