PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast block capable of enhancing workability of a structure for drawing out at least ones of pipelines and electric wirings.SOLUTION: In a building structure in which at least ones of pipelines 2a and electric wirings 2b are drawn out from a space between a reinforced-concrete or steel frame reinforced-concrete column 3 and a lightweight cellular concrete wall panel 4, an inventive precast block 1 is formed of lightweight cellular concrete and is arranged in the space, and is provided with insertion holes 24 communicating an indoor and an outdoor with each other for making at least ones of the pipelines 2a and the electric wirings 2b pass therethrough. The precast block 1 dispenses with reinforcement work for constructing a non-bearing wall, form work, and concrete placing work, and workability of the building structure can be enhanced. |
