The present invention relates to a flame-retardant polyolefin resin containing a blend which comprises 0.1-80wt% of piperazine metal salts or polymers thereof, 10-80.0wt% of nitrogen-containing synergists or phosphorus/nitrogen retardants, and 1-50wt% of inorganic compounds, wherein the sum of the components of the blend is 100wt%.
