Disclosed is a protection device for active riding safety, comprising a mobile terminal (4) for performing a matching operation with a digital map in real time to acquire a current position on the digital map, a distance to a motor vehicle intersection and the time required to ride to the motor vehicle intersection, and outputting an alert control instruction; a wireless transmission module (2) for establishing an output channel for the alert control instruction; and a prompt module (3) for outputting a prompt message corresponding to the alert control instruction outputted according to the current position data and a digital map matching result. When in operation, the mobile terminal (4) acquires the current position data in real time and performs the matching operation with the built-in digital map to obtain the current position, the distance to the motor vehicle intersection or the time required to ride from the current position to the motor vehicle intersection, outputs the alert control instruction and sends the instruction to the prompt module via the wireless transmission module (2) to output the corresponding prompt, so as to remind cyclists to ride safely, thus reducing accidents such as collisions with motor vehicles when encountering the motor vehicles at municipal road intersections and improving bicycle riding safety. |
