PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a gap from an event occurrence to a payday.SOLUTION: A salary calculation system includes: previous month salary statement storage means 22-1 that stores a previous month salary statement data; current month salary statement storage means 23-1 that creates and stores a current month salary statement data 23 by copying a salary statement data stored in the previous month salary statement storage means 22-1; and salary payment and deduction base information storage means 25 and 26 that store salary payment and deduction base information when a new salary payment and deduction base information occurs after a closing date of the previous month. The present month salary statement data 23 is updated as a night batch by a current month payroll processing closing date 4 on the basis of the salary payment and deduction base information. |
