The mirror (3) is arranged on the strip plate (2). An extremity of the strip plate (2) is pivotally fixed. A rack structure meshed with the gear (7) is provided on the strip plate (2). The gear (7) is rotatably fixed on the shaft (8). The coil (9) is fixed on the gear (7). The magnet (10) is in proximity to the coil (9). This allows the coil (9), when powered, to rotate around the shaft (8) under the effect of the magnet (10). The apparatus allows convenient and rapid changes to the spectral position of an infrared radiation reflected light of a biomarker in a test substance in a biomarker surface plasmon resonance technology examination process, thus acquiring validity information of the biomarker in the test substance.
