The present invention relates to a transfer direction changing unit for a steel painting and loading system, which transfers a steel material using a horizontal transfer unit to be parallel to transfer a circular or polygonal steel material to be parallel, which is vertically transferred by a vertical transfer unit, in a vertical direction by the horizontal transfer unit. Specifically, the transfer direction changing unit for a steel painting and loading system includes: multiple fixing brackets installed and fixed at fixed intervals in a longitudinal direction of the vertical transfer unit on one side of the vertical transfer unit; a rotation shaft installed in the fixing bracket to rotate; a driving motor transferring power to a rotation shaft in order for the rotation shaft to rotate; a transfer direction changing unit of the steel material, which is to horizontally transfer the steel material placed on the upper part of the vertical transfer unit by the horizontal transfer unit when the rotation shaft rotates at the angle of 180 degrees; and a controller controlling the driving motor in order for the rotation shaft to rotate at the angle of 180 degrees by rotating the driving motor when the vertical transfer unit is stopped. Therefore, the transfer direction changing unit for a steel painting and loading system transfers the steel material, which is transferred in a linear form of the longitudinal direction, in a horizontal direction and solves that a surface coating of the steel material is peeled away due to shaking or impact caused by shaking and vibration generated when the transfer direction of the steel material is changed. The transfer direction changing unit for a steel painting and loading system stably changes the transfer direction of the steel material by accurately rotating at the angle of 180 degrees. |
