The present invention relates to a soundproof panel with easy maintenance, comprising: sound proof panels; and fixating frames respectively connected to a lower portion, an upper portion, a left portion, and a right portion of the soundproof panel, having a hollow structure with both ends opened. The fixating frames have a symmetrical shape between upper and lower frames and between left and the right frames, with respect to the soundproof panel. The fixating frame has a first plane, a second plane connected to the first plane, a third plane connected to the second plane, and a fourth plane connected to the third plane, and comprises: the first plane with a first hanging portion extended inwardly on an upper end and a stepped portion bent inwardly on a lower end; the second plane with two stepped portions bent inwardly; the third plane with a second hanging portion extended inwardly on an upper end and a curved surface formed on a lower end; and the fourth plane with a recess portion formed on a front end, a recessed gripping formed in adjacent to the recess portion, and a plurality of through-holes formed on a rear end to be projected outwardly to come in contact with the stepped portion of the first plane. According to the present invention, the soundproof panel can be a transparent panel or a sound absorbing soundproof panel having through-holes to absorb the sound on a front surface and including a soundproof material, with the easy maintenance by compatibly installing the transparent panel and the soundproof panel having different thicknesses, with an effect of increasing the soundproof effect by concentrating the noise to a center portion by a curved frame. |
