PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control device capable of improving glossiness by clear toner without using a special device for improving glossiness, and a print control system and program.SOLUTION: A DEF includes a replacement unit 310 and a creation unit 311. The replacement unit 310 replaces a density value of a second area outside a first area that is set to a density value corresponding to a first surface effect for achieving glossiness equal to or more than a first threshold with a density value corresponding to a second surface effect for achieving glossiness equal to or less than a second threshold that is smaller than the first threshold, in glossiness control version data that identifies the type of a surface effect applied to a recording medium and an area in the recording medium to which the surface effect is applied. The creation unit 311 creates clear toner version data on the basis of the glossiness control version data subjected to the replacement by the replacement unit 310. |
