PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire for stent conveyance excellent in flexibility that is capable of performing an operation of pushing and pulling a stent accommodated in a catheter.SOLUTION: A guide wire 1 includes a core shaft 10, a first coil part 12 that comes into contact with the rear end of a stent in a catheter, and a second coil part 14 located at the tip of the first coil part 12 that comes into contact with the stent from the inside of the stent. In the guide wire 1 like this, the stent 6 can be pushed out by the first coil part 12, and the stent 6 can be pulled back by the friction force between the second coil part 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the stent 6. Also, since the part to push the stent 6 (the first coil part 12) and the part to pull back the stent 6 (the second coil part 14) are composed of coils, the flexibility of the guide wire 1 can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
