PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive puncture needle unit for safely and easily handling a puncture needle in a percutaneous procedure such as EUS-FNA, blood sampling, fluid administration, and blood transfusion, and a puncture needle device.SOLUTION: A biopsy needle unit 2 comprises a biopsy needle 6 and an elastically deformable safety tube 8 for partially covering the biopsy needle inserted in a lumen 7 extending in a longitudinal direction. In the biopsy needle, a marker 9 is provided in a position where the biopsy needle protrudes from an end part of the safety tube on the opposite side of a needle tip part when the needle tip part 6a is housed in the lumen. The safety tube has parts 7a, 7b where the lumen is bent at least partially in a longitudinal direction to be elastically deformed by contact between an inner peripheral surface of the lumen and an outer peripheral surface of a biopsy needle for generating friction resistance between them in inserting the biopsy needle in the lumen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
