PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which can be stacked simply and stably.SOLUTION: A packing box 1 is equipped with: a bottom plate 10; a pair of front and rear end walls 11, 12 and a pair of left and right side walls 13, 14 which are provided continuously with the bottom plate 10; and top plates 21, 22 which are provided continuously with upper edge parts of the left and right side walls 13, 14. A clearance between the upper edge parts of both side walls 13, 14 is so made as to be larger than a width of the bottom plate 10 in a longitudinal direction. Left and right side edge parts of the bottom plate 10 are provided with two front and rear lower side projection pieces 31, 31 which are laterally projected, the upper edge parts of the left and right side walls 13, 14 are provided with an upper side projection piece 32 which is projected upwards.
