The utility model discloses an automated and digital system of generation, issuance, and procurement processes of civil registry documents such as recorded documents concerning birth, death and marriage of an individual member. The system comprises a central registration office equipped with a plurality of host computers and having a database storing scanned images of said recorded documents as well as electronic identification of said individual members, and a plurality of remote registration offices in communication with the central registration office via internet and/or private wide area network (WAN). Each of said plurality of remote registration offices is equipped with computers and/or mobile electronic devices having propriety application program that will allow said individual member to process different civil registry procedures, and is also equipped with scanners, biometric readers, and printers in communication with said computers and/or mobile electronic devices. |
