PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of suppressing occurrence of vibration and increase of iron loss.SOLUTION: In a rotary electric machine 10 including a plurality of split cores 31 arranged annularly and a housing 23 in which a cylindrical core storage unit 53 for storing the plurality of split cores 31 and which has a thermal expansion coefficient different from that of the split cores 31, the core storage unit 53 has a contact inner wall 53t brought into contact with the plurality of split cores 31 in an axial direction of the plurality of split cores 31 and a non-contact inner wall 53s not brought into contact with the plurality of split cores 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
