PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly load roll paper to be used in a ticket issuing unit through one action just by feeding it to a roll paper storage part. SOLUTION: This ticket issuing unit 10 holds the roll paper storage part 14 so as to be clamped by a turnable lever 42 provided on the side of the opening part 14a of the storage part 14 and an arm 40 whose one end is rotatably supported by a spindle 48. Thus, by opening the lever 42, the roll paper R1 and R2 is loaded to the storage part 14 just by feeding the new roll paper R1 and R2 from the opening part 14a to the storage part 14.
