Provided is a coffee roaster comprising: a housing having a shape of a box with an opening on the bottom surface thereof such that a separate heating source can be disposed below the opening; a heating drum inside the housing, where raw coffee beans can be stirred and roasted through radiant heat and hot air; and a mesh plate which is removably installed at an inner side of the opening of the housing, and, when heated by the heating source, helps transfer radiant heat to the heating drum faster and also transfers hot air directly to the heating drum. |
