An optoelectronic component is specified, comprising a functional layer stack (6) having an organic active layer (63) and a coupling-out layer (1) embodied in a mechanically stable fashion, wherein the organic active layer (63) emits electromagnetic radiation during the operation of the component, the functional layer stack (6) is arranged on the coupling-out layer (1), the coupling-out layer (1) has internal scattering elements (12), and the coupling-out layer (1) has a refractive index (n1) that is at least 80% of a refractive index (n2) of the layer stack (6). Furthermore, a method for producing such a component is specified, wherein the functional layer stack (6) is applied to a sacrificial substrate (9) and the sacrificial substrate is removed from the layer stack (6) in a subsequent method step. |
