PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for camera module which has a sufficiently low elastic modulus after hardening, provide an adhesive for camera module which has an excellent shape holding characteristic in the application to an adhesion object, and provide an adhesive for camera module which has a moderately low viscosity and an excellent applicability.SOLUTION: An adhesive for camera module includes, for (A) siloxane modified epoxy resin of 100 pts.mass, (B) phenol resin of 40-70 pts.mass, (C) potential hardening agent of 5-20 pts.mass, (D1) rubber filler of 5-30 pts.mass with the average grain diameter of 0.01-1 μm, (D2) rubber filler of 30-55 pts.mass with the average grain diameter of 4-6 μm, and (E) inorganic filler of 5-100 pts.mass with the average grain diameter of 0.01-10 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
