PURPOSE:To obtain the titled spherical toner having good fluidity, excellent anti-blocking property and sharp particle distribution, and containing a large amount of a compd. having a low softening point by incorporating the compd. having the low softening point to a polymer formed from a polymerizable monomer. CONSTITUTION:The titled power contains 50-3,000pts.wt. of the compd. having the low softening point of 40-130 deg.C per 100pts.wt. of the polymer formed from the polymerizable monomer. Though the titled toner contains a large amount of the compd. having the low softening point, the reason why the titled toner has the excellent antiblocking property lies in completely enveloping the prescribed compd. with the polymer obtd. by polymerizing the polymerizable monomer whereby the compd. does not appear to the surface of the titled toner particle. If the mixing is effected at out of the prescribed mixing condition, the titled toner having the less antiblocking property and an insufficient mechanical strength and a less improved fixing property at a low temp. and/or under a low pressure is obtd. |
