PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further efficiently generate a moving image.SOLUTION: Processing is performed in each photographing, for calculating a difference of a luminance component between a frame image A acquired at photographing timing for generating a time lapse moving image at a constant photographing interval in frame images which are successively outputted and a frame image B acquired in the last frame image among the frame images thinned until next photographing of a frame image, and for adding image processing to the frame image photographed next according to the calculation result. |
