According to an embodiment of the present invention, a three-dimensional radiation detection and visualization system comprises: a first sensing module having a single radiation sensor; a second sensing module having a single image sensor; a first support body of which one side and the other side are coupled to the first and the second sensing module to rotate in a vertical direction; a second support body coupled to the first support body to allow the first support body to rotate in a horizontal direction; a tilt motor which rotates the first and the second sensing module in a vertical direction; and a fan motor which rotates the first support body in a horizontal direction.
