PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables a user to easily obtain information on two or more user apparatuses when a server manages information on a plurality of user apparatuses possessed by the same user.SOLUTION: An apparatus setting device comprises: recording means that records each of a plurality of communication apparatuses in a recording medium by associating identification information of an owner with a specific URL; detection means that, when first access is performed to access a specific URL associated with a first communication apparatus, detects a second communication apparatus associated with the same identification information as associated with the first communication apparatus; and transmission means that transmits information on the first communication apparatus and information on the second communication apparatus in response to the first access.
